Self-Pay & Out-of-Network Options

Self-pay is available for patients who prefer to pay privately or whose insurance is not currently accepted by the practice.

For eligible out-of-network plans, a superbill may be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
